After retiring as a competitive track and field athlete, I was hungry to begin my professional career. I navigated the recruitment process as most candidates do, only to find a landscape that lacked transparency and communication. Too often, the next step was unclear and a ‘dream job’ was nowhere to be found.

 

Determined to change that experience for others, I decided to become a recruiter myself. That pivotal decision led to a rewarding 15-year career built on a simple vow: to never let a candidate or client feel overlooked.

 

Today, I lead Loveridge Consulting with the same competitive spirit and dedication I held as an athlete. I treat every professional journey with the absolute focus it deserves, ensuring that transparency and purpose remain at the heart of every connection.
